County vacation rental ordinance sent back to drawing board by Santa Cruz Sentinel
I went to this public meeting about the vacation rental ordinance at the Live Oak School. I believe the panel is going to start over and not make it so restrictive. I have alot of friends and clients that have used their homes as vacation rentals to supplement the mortgage, taxes & insurance in this economy. The panel agreed that limiting property rental usage would be taking away property rights. I really don't want to be involved in politics and I will stand up for our rights.
