An interesting new neighborhood has popped up.  This neighborhood, King Lakes is located adjacent to Cinco Ranch and therefore shares many of Cinco Ranch's advantages (great schools, close to upscale shopping and golf).  King Lakes is just getting started, but the amenities (landscaping, water, and entrance) look great.  Also, a home in King's Ranch can be acquired at a value price.
