Robert Charles Lesser and Company, a nationally respected independent real estate advisor just named Seven Meadows as one of the Top Ten Master Planned Communities in the United States.

A question that I get asked often is what is a master planned community and how is it different from a normal neighborhood?
Let's use an example from Katy Texas. I live in Chesterfield (a neighborhood but not a master planned community) Chesterfield is an awesome neighborhood with a pool, tennis courts; it is close to dining and recreation.
