Have you ever wondered why Metro Atlanta is so pretty?  I think it's pretty because of all the green, the natural color that comes from trees, shrubs, and grass.  There are many different shades of green and in the fall they become a kaleidoscope of reds, orange and yellows.  In the spring we watch all the trees leaf, shrub bloom with wonderful pinks, whites, purples and more, and the grass lays its carpet of green.  We are blessed with a bountiful tree canopy that keeps our city green all year, thanks to the pines and evergreens.  From all directions we have this outstanding vista.

The other day a perspective customer was telling me what they wanted in a home.  As I listen to their description, a ranch condo came to mine that might work so I started to tell them about the home...."There is a three bedroom ranch condo near Highway 92 and Hames Road in a small neighborhood."  Immediately I notice a puzzled look on the lady's face and stopped talking and asked is there a problem?  Her response "What's a ranch condo?".  I chuckled, "Sorry I was speaking real estate." and went on to explain.

ranch condos: Tired of that big yard and upkeep - Atlanta Real Estate - 08/10/07 11:22 AM
Know may of us are tiring of maintaining our homes and yards.  Last week-end I saw some wonderful two and three bedroom ranch condominimum in Marietta.  These properties are all brick, wonderful kitchens with granite counters, and formal dining rooms.  Just what I would be looking for I was moving.  Did I mention the 2 car garages and large storage areas.
