murphys property: Timing is Everything when it comes to buying at the right time - 11/16/07 02:36 AM

I have gone through many cycles in my real estate career. There are always good buys , but at certain times opportunity knocks and gives buyers a unique time where there is an unusual situation to buy. Communicating this to customers is critical. I believe the best time to buy with such a vast selection will be from now to March or July of 2008. This will occur because of the following:
1) Many buyer have waited years to buy vacation homes.
2) The Baby boomers are now very close to retirement.
3) The national news has finally stated the bottom is near and 2008 will … (8 comments)
