Average days on market: 50 days.
Currently there are 4 homes on the market $175,000- $239,500 with one more pending at $189,900.
From statistics it looks like, in my opinion, the market is improving over last year. There are more sales and fewer homes on the market. The average number of days on the market is up a little.
