Home Buyers...The Time to Buy is Now.  Forget what the media is saying about the housing market.  Now is a great time to buy a home.  Many factors are working in your favor: 
1) Homes are very affordable now.
2) Inventory is high thus giving you lots to choose from.
3) Rates are still LOW!
4)  If you are a first time buyer, you get a federal tax credit.
