Why You Should Buy a Home NOW! This is a great market to buy a home! Interest rates are extremely low. If you are in a position to make a purchase, now is the time. The Federal Reserve has cut the rates as much as possible and they are seeing signs the economy is turning. If you wait, you may miss a chance at a great rate. Paying a higher rate, lowers your purchasing power. The lower the rate, the more house you can afford. So what if you are waiting until prices bottom out. Did Your Home Fail to Sell in THIS Market?? If so, I would imagine you are confused, upset and possibly even angry. Do you know what happened? Do you think your home should have sold? What was the most frustrating part of having your home listed? How or what would you have done to get your home sold? Did you stage your home? Was the curb appeal there but no buyers showed up to look? Were the photos published of your home of at least good quality? Did you have any offers?
