A tax free gift to our shoppers will be August 3-5, 2007!  Our state will not be collecting tax on the following items:
   1) Clothing
   2) Linens
   3) School Supplies
   4) Computers
So for shoppers, this is the time to make these purchases.  Just in time for starting school, college or simply replacing some of these items.  Keep this in mind before you buy, this weekend is just around the corner.
And for visitors, have fun and save some money.  Just one more reason South Carolina is such a great place to live and vacation!

One of the best things you can do for your seller is introduce yourself, as the seller's agent, to the neighbors!  It is a great way to get to know the community and the neighborhood you are selling, and also you never know where that introduction will lead. 
I have been fortunate to have great neighbors of my seller's.  They have let me know if they notice something peculiar, have been kind enough to water the plants that wilt daily and also have kept my client informed of what is going on.
