When something goes wrong smack in the middle of a deal and it all seems hopeless, we can rejoice in the comedy within the tragedy (I just learned that word...tragedy). OK...it isn't always a tragedy but some situations are so incredible one can only shake his (or her...for those PC-inclined) head and laugh.
Naturally, when something goes wrong, God and Realtors are blamed and not necessarily in that order. Take for instance the clients I represented, me being the listing agent. We got an offer. That's right, folks. I woke up this morning, got myself a cup of coffee and as I caught up with world events, courtesy of Fox And Friends, it suddenly hit me, the realization that once again I am unemployed. Now, I need no sympathy. No violins, please. I am happy to be unemployed. The profession I chose demands that I wake up on empty. No hours accumulating in a digital time clock.
