There is a spike in drownings on this holiday likely due to the fact that adult supervision of pools may be at a minimum for various reasons. Heartbreaking Results I live in Yavapai County. My Last Home In California It took us many months to find a home that had everything on our wish list. After all, this was our fifth home. So we knew our wants and needs. Laguna Beach City officials just recently decided to put a moratorium in place for pool contruction. This makes it the first city in Southern California to do so.
