Realtor discounting, does it hurt or help the industry?  I have read several posts where most buyers and sellers select the only real estate agent they know or interview. However, how about those agents that negotiate a below market rate commission for their services. Is their conduct helpful or a deterrent for or industry. I would like to know what you think. Do you believe in a free open market or under selling will ultimately weakens the market? How in your opinion could buyers and sellers be more informed in their decision making process.
