Whatever You Do, DON'T Listen To Your Clients!
Of course I'm kidding, but now that I've got your attention...
I may have missed out on the perfect house for clients of mine, because they once told me, "We don't want a house bigger than 2500 square feet. We're downsizing."
Taking that to heart, I set up a search for them in the MLS with that maximum square footage.
Today, while checking out the listings of Barb Szabo, another RE/MAX agent who I'm Friends with on Facebook, I noticed she has a house for sale that looks perfect for them. … (11 comments)

North Olmsted, OH Real Estate Housing Market Activity ~ week ending 7/31/09
The month of July in North Olmsted continues to be encouraging as far as houses selling! We had five more closings, and 7 more properties under contract. The average price of the homes Sold is down this week due to a condo and a couple of the smaller homes in the area closing. Just to make things interesting this week, we also had a foreclosure in the mix, which always brings the average down.

Back in June, I posted the Top 10 Tips To Take the Stress Out of Homebuying. And as I work with buyers these days, especially first time home buyers, I’ve noticed many are still very confused about this whole process. They must not have read my blog! lol

Happy 4th of July, everyone...I hope you're having a fantastic holiday weekend! Here in North Olmsted, we had our annual Independence Day parade. Also many of the housing developments had their own festivities - from bicycle decorating contests to neighborhood block parties!
