Well, the 4th of July holiday has come and gone, and folks are back to work after a couple short work weeks. Although there are still quite a few properties for sale in North Olmsted, OH we also have more homes under contract...ie: Pending! No titles have transferred in the previous week, but that will change as the month goes along. Happy 4th of July, everyone...I hope you're having a fantastic holiday weekend! Here in North Olmsted, we had our annual Independence Day parade. Also many of the housing developments had their own festivities - from bicycle decorating contests to neighborhood block parties!
