Need someone to take over my lease. - 12/03/09 11:59 PM

I am moving in with my girlfriend and am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in September of 2010. I need to find someone before January 1st of 2010. The apartment is conveniently located at 5th and Bainbridge in Queen Village and is on the third floor with one bedroom. Everything is in very close walking distance. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There are neighborhood supermarkets within walking distance. South Street is one block away, but the neighborhood is very quiet. Parking permit can be obtained for District 7 at PPA.
