There are many reasons that I wanted to become an Appraiser.  I was attracted to the ‘half blue collar / half white collar' aspect with time split between being on the road and seeing places I wouldn't normal venture, to spending the other half behind a computer being analytical.

 Portland was ranked the nations "Dog-Friendliest City" by Dog Fancy Magazine in 2006 and it's no wonder why. Every day I walk my neighborhood and mostly admire, sometimes dislike the architecture.  No matter what I feel about the outward appearance of the house, the entire grouping makes up the neighborhood that I love to live in.  With the collage of houses, come the residents that share my admiration.
