         So, all real estate agents know (or sure as hell should know) discrimination in housing based on race is illegal.  Any real estate agent with any sense of right and wrong should know that discrimination in any venue is also immoral.  This is 2011.  There have been enough court cases over the years to cement the fact that even if you are a racist pig, you can not discriminate.  The National Association of Realtors trumpets the fact that all of their members sign a pledge to be ethical.

          In early October the Montgomery County Police Department were called to investigate a missing person.  When they entered Jane McQuain's apartment in Germantown, Maryland, they found Ms. McQuain.  She had been murdered and her 11 year old son was missing.  The hunt for the individual that may have committed the crime immediately focused on Curtis M. Lopez.  Lopez had been on a relationship with Ms. McQuain in the past and there were several clues that put him in her apartment around the time of her death. He has been arrested and charged.
