Three little words - 06/19/12 08:03 AM

I recently read a blog post here, regarding whether or not you had to love your job. I immediately thought, love is a bit of a strange word to associate with a profession. If you love the job, you are missing out on the true benefits available and you are also reducing life's greatest gift to an vocational endeavor.
Three little words, "I love you".  Somehow they have become marginalized and trivialized.  Those words that carry so much weight when analyzed, get lost in the mundane shuffle of the modern world. "Love you" shared receives the hurried "love you too". reply. … (1 comments)

You might have picked the wrong agent - 06/14/12 06:59 PM
Buying and selling homes can be a mystery. Agents all have those fancy new gadgets that connect them to the interweb from anywhere. Agents have more initials after there name than Vanna White has spun in her career on Wheel of Fortune. We continue to do the things that few outside the church realize.  We support feeding the hungry.  We support the education of children. … (11 comments)

Integrity...maybe the missing link in real estate...for everyone! - 06/02/12 05:49 AM

Integrity - adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
Although, this is a blog, I hope it can serve as an open letter to those considering selling a home, buying a home or working in the real estate industry.  It should come as no surprise that every interaction that occurs within the real estate industry is impacted by several people. Those that look upon the industry with disdain base their feelings on information shared via the press (on air, in print and on-line), stories heard from those … (5 comments)
