After attending several webinars, classes, seminars and research on the internet. The answer is simple when it comes to short sale and taxes.....see a professional! Now that we are deep into this market there are some people who may not want to short sale, or foreclose, or walk away or file bankruptcy. What can they do? What about a short pay refi??? There were rumors? I am working on looking into this. Any ideas?
