If you know of anyone thinking of buying or selling in Northern California.....
NOW IS THE TIME! The banks are wanting to close out the books and buyers
are just not out there right now! About 4 months back all homes had multiple
offers and you would have to OUT BID them to get in contract on anything.
Well that has changed! I don't think our market has permanently dropped....
I just think here in Northern California we are in a SWEET BUBBLE for all the FHA,
first time home owners or investors can get a great deal!!

Yes good information. I have also found it helpful to keep the front yard looking good. Here in Brentwood California the city will start to fine you if the yard looks over grown or brown. Then they put a lein on the property which then has to be negotiated in the short sale. Most banks do not like to see this type of lien and the seller ends up paying for it in the end. It is much better to just keep the yard looking good.

This is the time of year that is full of festivities. What a great time

Appraisers: warning negative post - 11/22/10 10:20 AM
I really like to start my week off with positive mindset. But I am having a problem that
I need help with. In the last three years we have had what I believe to be a some what of a
false decline. Meaning, a home goes on the market, gets an offer, gets an appraisal, appraiser
says it is worth less, sells for less. The next home goes on the market....this appraiser says
look...that one sold for less than asking so now YOURS is worth less. And it keeps falling and falling.

We had a fantastic office party last night at a wonderful place in Livermore California. It is called
Campo di Bocci. The restaurant says it is:

What I think is that it a great place to have a nice Italian dinner, drinks and fun. We had about 40 employees and spouses come to our holiday party. We took a great bus from Brentwood California for an hour drive to Livermore. We had a great family style Italian dinner then played two HUGE games of Bocci. Small but Funtional Laundry Room - 11/19/10 09:12 AM
We have made a move to DOWNSIZE our life. And one of the hardest to do was
my laundry room. We are a busy, stinky, dirty family of Five that has tons of laundry
on a daily bases. So when we moved in to our new home and the laundry room was
pint size I have to make some alterations!

First Thing we did was to take down the useless above laundry cabinets. Then we painted it all nice and
pretty. They we added a shelf where we could put baskets to sort each family members small items. We

We were all excited here in Brentwood when the Streets of Brentwood opened up.
We finally had shopping close to home! Now the "Streets" offer more that just shopping,
it is the place to be! They have a community chest program, ice skating, tree lighting, they
have offers plays and a place for the kids to play soccer. The Streets of Brentwood has

Brentwood California is a great town. Located in Northern California about a hour from San Francisco. We have live here for over 11 years and love each and every improvement that has been made! The schools are great, the little "tune title" was from one of my children's school plays! Parks and rec here is really focused on families. Our skateboard park is producing some great skateboarders, some have turned pro and others have sponsors! It is that time a year again where Real Estate agents have to make their winter "kit". I usally put
this off till mid February and drugged my way though. But this year, I am going to be ready to reach
my goals by the New Year in style! So I got my starbuck gift cards, umbrella, flash lights for myself and my buyers, shoe covers to bring for those muddy days, and a commitment to stay busy no matter the weather!!
