I started a 100 day team challenge for my real estate team.
We are rocking and rolling! We are following up on leads. Doing open
houses, showing property and writing offers.
I really want to take my team to the next level this year.
So I made a big decision this week to get my Brokers License.
I have been a full time agent for 6 years now and fell Its time
to branch out on my own. So course are paid for and in the mail!
I have given myself 6 months to complete.

Being a woman living in Northern California I have spent several Girls weekends in the Napa Valley. We go and wine taste, eat and of course go to the spa. While it is very fun. It is hard to tear yourself away from work and family for a whole weekend to treat your self.

Always Remember The ones Who Protect - 09/11/11 11:00 AM
I will never forget Sept. 11.
I was a daycare provider at the time. I had
two small children of my own and watched 4 other children
each day.
When the first plan hit the building, my sister called. She lived
close by and also had a daycare like mine. It was really early, we
sat and watch the news...then the second plane.
I so remember the feeling, I had lost my sense of being safe. For
the first time in my life I felt afraid in my own country.
The the miracle next day...people started to come together.

Day 1 of my 100 day Team Goal Challenge - 09/09/11 09:49 AM
One of my goals last year was to create a team.
Well goal reached! I now have one more person on my team.
She will be my lead buyers agent and also assistant.
We plan to close 48 escrows in 2011.
Day 1 of our 100 day Team Goal to start off 2011 with a bang is
to sit down and look at a team budget.
I am a dreamer and tend to never look at costs, so today I will
take a hard look at what I actually pay out and what that leaves for
my family.

I made it to day 100 of my 1/2 year challenge.
The thing about challenging your self to do something a little
better each day for 100 days is that the 100 days will come
whether you work on your business or you just muddle through.
I think I have made some good strides to take me through the next 100 day challenge.
 
So tomorrow I will challenge my team on a 100 day challenge.
Our main goal is to close 15 more deals...total of 30 deals this year.

On day 99 of my 100 day challenge I am mindful that we are entering in to Fall
now and the holidays are right around the corner. I have had success and some
trials in the last 100 days. I know that in the next round of 100 there are things
I can control and things I can not control:

Love the Lord with all my heart and Love Others
Keep a positive attitude, no rain no rainbow
Be a good Mother to my children

a new challenge.
One of the things that I have let slack in my daily routine is my morning quite
time. To read, pray, and be mindful of the day to come.
