Happy Halloween!
I can not believe it is the end of October. I have had one of my best years
to date as a Real Estate Agent. My team lead asked why that is and what
components made this the best year? How can I take those components
to the next year and make it even greater?
I think this had been the best because:
1. I have leveraged myself and hired help.
2. I have a lifestyle that allows me to work.
3. Goals and hard work!

Brentwood Real Estate Market! Northern California - 10/26/11 09:05 PM
Brentwood is a great little town Located in Northern
California. It was know for its rich agricultural soil. There are now many wineries popping up and producing great wines.
Our town has done some nice updates lately with the down town.

Our local real estate market was hit hard, we had a lot of family and friends have to short sale
their home or let it go to foreclosure. But I feel our market making a shift! When I became an
agent in 2005 there were 853 homes on the market, today there are 160.

Melissa has some great points here about short sales and keeping on top of the Transaction. When your looking to buy or sell a home that is in a short sale you need to have an experianced agent. One that is educated on what to look for. What steps should be completed and what time lines are expected. Also you need an experiance short sale agent to watch out for the CRASHES!

Here in Brentwood California we have a severe shortage of inventory, only 155 homes

Just Sold Flyers - 10/07/11 11:41 AM
As I continue to try to build my team I am trying to be more aware
of costs. I use to send out 100 just sold postcard to the neighbors
around my listings. Now I am going to just walk and put flyers
on their doors. Its almost free (no cost for printing at my office) and
it will be refreshing. I may even run into someone that wants to buy a
home!
