Just got a new computer...Happy Birthday to me! - 03/17/12 11:10 AM
I just went Apple and got a new Apple laptop to go with my iphone.
I feel like saying..."let the games begin". I want to open this baby
and have my life changed!
But that probably won't happen overnight but I am excited to see all that
this one can do! 
I look forward to making some imovies like Melissa taught me. And to coordinate
all of my photos. I can even work in the dark with the back light on the key board.
I know that I stopped working on my broker test last month when my old laptop

Folks call me all the time looking to lease a home. Sometimes its a relocation, sometime the landlord
needs to sell or recently it has been that many land lords are getting foreclosed on.

When is the best time of year to move with children - 03/07/12 10:09 AM
This is just the opinion of one parent/ Real Estate agent but I think the best time to move with children is
in the early spring. Most sports/cheer teams start forming in the early spring. Most schools have more of a "fun time" of year
at school and easier to make friends during this time with field trips and game days and warm weather before summer. All clubs, classes and other events are scheduled at the end of the year getting set for the next school year. I think that is an question that needs to be pondered.
Our world if filled with quick fixes, gadgets, docusign, automated systems...
I know that my real estate business is completely different from my mothers real estate business.
She actually meet with clients, went over the mls books, presented offers, sat in the office and waited
for the phone to ring.
Today all the listings are on the computer with real time updates. We can get signatures digitally or emailed and faxed in.
