I have a morning routine that I have developed this year that I think is getting my Morning
off to a great start and keep my mindset in a good place. I have motivation but I worry about my
stamina so I have gotten into a routine to keep me going each day!

Our Daily Bread for devotional: I love this website...I can read it with out my glasses!
Second Stop:
Active Rain:
Log in get my points...Read Charles the inspectors blog...always good

I am bright eyed and bushy tailed today on the 6th day of Jan. 2011! I feel great! I have been to the gym
two times this week and I will meet with my trainer today! This is my year to catch the BIG GOALS! On day 6 of my 100 day challenge I want to follow my sons wrestling coach's philosophy...
wrestling ( real estate) is about position.
If you want to be a champion you have to give it your best even when people are not looking!

Day 12: 31 day Challenge (edit/delete) Today is Sunday December 12 which means it is my day 12 of the 31 day
challenge.
Today I will be going to Church to feed my spirit and soul.
Then I will be showing a short sale home to my buyer. We went into
contract about 3 months ago and just now have gotten our counter offer.
Lets hope this home still looks as good as it did when we put our offer in.

norther california homes: Day 7: 31 day Challenge - 12/07/10 02:24 AM
Well as December rolls on it does seem harder to stay focused.

 
 
I am really liking the PUSH of this 31 day Challenge. We are going to the snow for Christmas
week and I will take the computer and keep going...at least one thing a day!
Today I want to call our local BK attorney and wish her a happy holiday
and see if I can get a meeting with her soon. I have been wanting to do
this for about 6 months and have not done it yet. So today on Day 7

Brentwood is a great place to live, just an hour from San Francisco, about an hour
from Sacramento, just 3 hours to the snow, about 2 hours to a bunch of great lakes
and 2 hours to the ocean!
Our current market looks like this:
Highest listing on the market: $5 million: would love a buyer referral!
Lowest listing on the market: $99,900
Average listing: $426,879
Number of Active listings: 211
Number of Pending Listings: 305
Number of Sold in 30 days: 69

The one thing everyone agrees is that the market will turn around! It's just a matter of time....
well... many bloggs, news stories and analyst say that prices will "drop" in the next 12 months. Yahoo,
I think that is great for buyers! NOW is the time, interest rates are low and the "investors" are taking
a short break! We need to get out there and get that great home before the "average" home buyer
misses the boat!
