Jobs are hard to come by in many parts of the country, but Texas is leading the way in the U.S. when it comes to construction jobs. Latest employment numbers over the last year show that from October of 2010 to October of 2011 the great state of Texas added over 17,500 construction jobs. Texas residents are finding it easier to find jobs.

The number of mortgage defaults for the third quarter of 2011 were up according to a recent report released by RealtyTrac Inc. With more and more Americans entering the foreclosure process, it leaves us wondering where the housing market is headed. September 18th is the day that  ground will be broken for the new Liberty Hill High School, and construction is set to begin the following day.
