Lately I've been getting calls or emails from potential homebuyers moving to Long Beach, CA from other parts of the country. They're exploring what their money will buy here. Many of them are unfamiliar with the area and are looking for guidance.
Long Beach is one of the largest cities in a large state and you can drive for hours in any direction before you get out of the Los Angeles or Orange County Metropolitan areas. It will be held this Saturday, May 19th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The tour is self-guided and will feature the opportunity to view about 30 gardens where homeowners have replaced their lawns with water-smart landscapes. Homeowners or representatives will be available at each home to talk about their experiences during their garden transformations.
