Good Day Naples Florida Fans!
While us Naples Realtors have come to grips with the concept this season is FAR different than the past several, I've actually done the tedious job of counting all the sales, pending sales, new listings etc. to see what exactly the recent Naples area statistics are showing.  One might think this data would be readily accessible to any smart Naples Realtor but unfortunately, our MLS is not set up comprehensively. This makes it near impossible to know what the heck is going on unless you spend hours and hours compiling information...which I have done for you … (3 comments)

Hi Naples Florida Fans!
I cannot believe the number of Naples buyers I'm working with this year compared to the last several.  While I'd hoped this season would be better than last, I had forgotten how quickly the market could change.  If you have been waiting to purchase, now might be the time to do so.  Several others have already felt the same and many properties my current customers have had an interest in are already gone while others are currently feeling the pressure to make a move.
