Hello Naples Friends! If you remember, I did a Naples inventory update back in November of last year. It's time to check out how each Naples neighborhood performed during the 2017-2018 season! Here we go!

Naples real estate inventories should be rising sky high right now but with a 13% drop in new listings compared to last year, some Naples neighborhoods could be gearing up for price increases this year. I want to quickly catch you up to speed with what I've been seeing and experiencing regarding Naples real estate so far this season. Here it is...
1. The general consensus is the tables have clearly turned in most Naples markets regarding seller confidence. Currently, there are 44 properties in Aqualane Shores on the market. Pricing ranges between just under $600,000 to nearly $650,000 for an Aqualane Manor condo. Aqualane Shores homes start at just under $1,300,000 and increase to nearly $6,000,000. There are 4 pending properties in Aqualane right now.
20 sales have occurred on the open market so far this year leaving just over a 2 year supply of homes still on the market. While some locations have leveled it's apparent that Aqualane Shores still has some selling off to do before she can be considered a stable market.

When most people think Cyber Monday, I doubt seriously anybody is wondering what kind of discount they can get on a Naples property by purchasing online today...in fact, I'll bet that most people wouldn't even imagine clicking their way to purchasing a property in most places. A friend of mine asked me the other day what my favorite restaurant in Naples was. My response, was, "gosh, do I have to pick just one". I eat out all the time, too much in fact and enjoy the variety of places to eat so I sectioned out what my favorite places were for food types.
