If you've been following Naples beachfront high-rise product, you may have noticed over the past week or two many properties going off the market. Friends, in years past, much of the Naples beachfront high-rise product has gone off the market "to breath" during summer and goes back on the market in the fall in preparation for the following peak selling season but this year, THEY'RE SELLING! Of course we are all familiar with the ever growing popularity of video blogging and embedding real estate related videos on our real estate websites. Especially with our very own Active Rain Gods urging us on with those fabulous video related contests. If there was ever a time to select a magnificent Naples, Florida property...now might be the time to do it. Somebody made a comment yesterday about there not being very much for sale in Bay Colony making me realize it's time for a Bay Colony Naples, Florida real estate update! What's HOT!
