While our Champaign IL real estate market continues to face some of the same challenges that we've seen the first two quarters of the year (as well as in previous years), we've had small improvement in other areas. As you can see from the charts below, our inventory has remained just as high this year as it was last year which has made competition tough for sellers but has given buyers plenty of exceptionally priced homes to choose from. Every home has its quirks and its little flaws, a fact that any new homeowner will quickly discover.
