Merry Christmas Everyone!  Its been a fantastic year of growth for me.  I'm looking forward to meeting new people and building new relationships in 2011.    I loved working with the Buyers and Sellers this year and know that next year will be the same.   Anyone looking To buy or sell a house in Avon Indiana, I would be happy to help you obtain that goal.  Merry Christmas Fellow agents, past clients and new future clients.

Short Sale Software does anyone use? Recommendation? - 12/17/10 08:54 PM
Short Sales are so time intensive and so I would like to stream line.  I've been looking into different Short Sale Software and find it confusing and surprisingly little information out there.  I like the idea of my sellers being able to upload documents.  Once all docs are uploaded be in one area and labeled so if they need to be sent out again, it would be right there with the name of Seller and loan # automatically put on all documents.  The Short Sale software I am looking into these three but open to suggestions.
