Long time, no blog! Today's entry is inspired by a message board post in which many thought networking with other Realtors is a waste of time and essentially giving buisness away! Being a newbie, I don't have alot of money to join alot of the organizations and whatnot! But networking is still a BIG part of the process. Living in Washington, DC there are alot of foreign embassies that have parties and gatherings and whatnot, I go to them, that is a strong possiblity to meet with individuals who will need somone to help them buy or list their home.
