dc real estate: Mount Pleasant, Washington DC Has Some of the Best Bargains! - 07/31/13 05:40 PM
The Mount Pleasant neighborhood in Washington, DC is a haven for a few GREAT bargains! One of my favorite thrift stores is there (Frugalista at the corner of Mount Pleasant and Irving Streets), as are some nice small restaurants and now a newly listed home with rental income potential! ALWAYS a great deal in DC! 3149 17th Street NW in Mount Pleasant (NOW UNDER CONTRACT), won’t last and is worth every bit of the asking price. The 1 bedroom/1bath English basement rental below shows as well as the rest of this home and commands a GREAT rental income for the new owner. This same (0 comments)

dc real estate: EVERYONE'S NOT DOING IT... - 10/09/10 07:30 PM
Social Media that is. And who are we to get excited or inform so knowledgably when asked why we do so?? There is a way to "play nice" with those among us in this new Real Estate culture who don't do what us cool kids are doing! Not every colleague I meet is open to using social media to the level many of us do. This goes for those in the business who are also casual acquaintances and those colleagues who are actually in my close circle of friends. At some point, you may in the future be querried by officemates (3 comments)
