Foreclosure Homes Coming On The Market - 04/27/09 10:53 PM
Jacksonville area buyers in the Orange Park and Fleming Island areas looking for foreclosure or bank owned homes need to know that the 3 month moratorium on foreclosures has been lifted. While it wasn't widely reported, both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lifted the ban on allowing foreclosures for sale March 31, 2009. Buyers are shopping for homes but many homes have been on the market awhile and are not in tip top shape. There are homes that are overpriced and the sellers will not lower them and the listings become stale. That is about to change, especially in some areas.

We have sellers who are listening and some who aren't. We are in a very volatile market. Prices are dropping almost as fast as they rose back in the day a few years ago.
If you need to sell your home, please listen to your agent.
It's not our fault, we want to sell your home for as much money as possible.
It's just that the market keeps changing and if you don't keep up with pricing, you are constantly chasing the market which will result in less net dollars when you do sell or no sale at all or … (8 comments)

Yesterday was 'the best day ever' according to my son John and his friend, Cameron.
We headed out early for the Celebration Exotic Car Show, benefiting Disney's Make A Wish Foundation. Exotic cars from all over the country gathered on the streets of downtown Celebration to exhibit, be judged, and awarded.
Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Maserati, Lotus, Mercedes, Aston Martin, Bugatti and DeLorean were among the cars exhibited.
