Tattoos for Houses - Would Your HOA Allow It?
Just read an article about a company that is paying up to a year's mortgage payment  in exchange for allowing ads to be painted on the sides of houses in California.
And guess who they are targeting next? Florida!
With admittedly among the greatest number of  distressed properties in the nation, I guess Florida is a natural choice - and they even say so.
Brainiacs from Mars is thinking outside of the box to both help homeowners and advertise their products.
BUT would your HOA allow it?
