Now why Blog this. I speak for 99% of Realtors I know. I am not frighted of this form or this phone number. I am also sure that the other 99% of Realtors I know are not either.
I pride myself on ethics and honesty.

My husband and I have given up cooking our breakfast on Sundays. We enjoy the friendly staff and food at Little's instead
Good Food. Friendly owners/ operators. Clean. inexpensive. Why dirty a dish
  You are served Huge cups of steaming coffee with they cook up your breakfast. No kidding they are the big mugs. You will have trouble drinking two of them.
Tons of things on the menu. Truly something for everyone. Breakfast is served all day too.
Little's is open 7 days a week from 6am until 10pm.

Moving to Hanover PA? Or the York County area?
There are many things to do. Some are more important then others of course.
One very important goal is WORK....
Now you maybe coming to town with a job. But most times there is a spouse or a grown chid that will need to find employment.

I just read an interesting article in our local association mailer." The Rayac Connection" Written by Steve Snell.
The article was about  Mc mansions. Foreclosures and the Realtor.
He talks about the buying public wanting and needing Trophy Homes and McMansions.
Mortgaging themselves to the max.Just to satisfy there self  esteem and trying to  live up to a certain level. No matter what. Now with the foreclosure and sub prime criss are we to blame?
Think about the impact this has had on  the global economy.
Stated was 19% of homes built in 2003 had over 3,000 square feet. compared to 7% in 1986.

The exchange club of Hanover will host the 56 th annual Builders, Home and Garden Show
Held in the south Hanover shopping Center next to Giant..
825 Baltimore Street Hanover PA 17331.
Dates are March 5,6,7,8, 2008.
Hours are Wed- Fri  5:00- 9:00 pm  Sat Hours  9:00- 5:00
Cost are $4.00 at the door...Under 16 free with an paying adult.
Refreshments are sold on site...Yummm
This is a huge show put on every year.  Almost Every business in town is there strutting there wares. Plenty of free hand out as well. Fun for all

Stimulus Package.... FHA LOANS...
OK By now you all have heard that President Bush will sign the economic stimulus package.
This is really wonderful news. If you are a buyer that feels like you just do not have enough money to purchase a home. This may be for you.
With you income tax check coming soon and now a stimulus check on the way. You may now have the cash to put down on a home. Also any 401 funds ??
As it was before if you needed 100% financing the rates where anywhere from 6.75% to 7.375%.

How did you arrive at a price? Do you need help with comparable Properties?
Do you have questions? Do you have all the necessary forms? How are you pre approvethe lookers? Please tell me you are. You can not trust everyone that comes to the door.
Have you decided on A Real Estate Lawyer. Do you know what he is going to charge for the service. Make sure you find out what the charge by hour is. You will need to call and ask questions. They will charge for this.

Ryan Builders are at it again. New luxury townhomes are under constrution. These are three level homes with garages. They have already started selling...
Homes are starting at $170,000. you can not afford not to buy at this price.
