Yesterday I blogged that I helped a fellow Realtor create a CMA. Today I continued the Mitzvah, and talked her through an offer, counter, and counter counter. technically she is a brilliant Realtor and quite able to negotiate the deal all on her own, but some days - it just feels better to have a peer to discuss or role play negotiating tactics before the 'big call.' I also sent a "Suite Life" list to a potential client who would like to purchase a home with a suite in it or "Mortgage helper' as we creatively refer to the renovated space (0 comments)
