Great news for Arizona retirement communities and surrounding areas. New sales stats for August show we are still moving forward. The retirement communities were not hit as hard as some of the other areas but have seen a increase in sales. Read more...

Arizona Retirement Communities and Title Insurance - 09/01/11 11:14 AM

When buyers decide on a home in one of our retirement communities I am always asked why do I need title insurance. Just because the retirement communities in Arizona have a resort lifestyle and have a safe and relaxing feel does not mean there couldn't possibly be a cloud on the title of the home you are purchasing. While it is true we seldome have any issues in the Arizona retirement communities it can happen. Here is a great video that explains it all.
