Active Listings

  • There are currently five (5) active listings ranging in price from $197,500 to $474,900. Last year at this time there were eleven (11) active listings.
  • Average list price per square foot is $115.74. The list price is up from $115.74 last year at this time.
  • Square footage of the active listings ranges from 1858 square feet to 3854 square feet.
  • Lots range in size from .23 acre to .36 acre.

Under Contract

  • Six homes are currently under contract. Last year at this time two (2) homes were under contract.

Sold Properties

  • Eighteen (18) homes have sold over the last six months. This number is up by six (6) homes over May 2012.
  • Average sales price was $271,325 . This is an increase of $10,600 over last year.
  • Minimum sold price was $140,503. This is a decrease of $14,500 from last year.
  • Maximum sold price was $550,000. This is an increase of 265,000 over last year's maximum sold price.
  • Average sold price per square foot was $116.11, down from $121.97 last year.
  • Sold prices ranged from $68.91 per square foot to $146.38 per square foot.

Sparkman Club is a tree lined neighborhood is convenient to I35, the Dallas North Tollway, 635 / LBJ Freeway, and DART. It is also close to shopping and public and private schools. Southwestern Medical Center is a DART ride away.
