The Option period is often confusing to buyers.  Rose King has does a great job explaining the concept to buyers. She draws attention to the greatest value of the Option:  the unrestricted right to terminate a Texas real estate contract, for any reason whatsoever! Rose's post is a wonderful tutorial for buyers!

The Dallas North Tollway will become part of the I635 / LBJ Freeway expansion this Labor Day Weekend.  Friday, August 31, through Monday, September 2, the reconstruction of the Dallas North Tollway bridge over I635 / LBJ Freeway will begin. The construction will impact traffic on the feeder roads to LBJ and the Tollway.
