The Option period is often confusing to buyers. Rose King has does a great job explaining the concept to buyers. She draws attention to the greatest value of the Option: the unrestricted right to terminate a Texas real estate contract, for any reason whatsoever! Rose's post is a wonderful tutorial for buyers! Via Rose King / Friendswood / Pearland Homes (United Texas Realtors): Here in Texas, the real estate sales contract allows the buyer to pay a small fee (usually $100) for the right to terminate the sales contract for any reason, for an agreed-upon amount of time. Put a note on you car seat tonight! The Dallas North Tollway will become part of the I635 / LBJ Freeway expansion this Labor Day Weekend. Friday, August 31, through Monday, September 2, the reconstruction of the Dallas North Tollway bridge over I635 / LBJ Freeway will begin. The construction will impact traffic on the feeder roads to LBJ and the Tollway. The Dallas NorthTollway and its on and off ramps will be affected from Spring Valley Road on the north to Harvest Hill Road on the south. An owl themed house, "It's a Hoot," is a magnet for Northpark Center kids, shoppers, and walkers. This CASA Playhouse captures the imagination and hearts of onlookers with its interactive creativity.
