Orange County Holiday Events - Try printing up or emailing out a December Holiday Events calendar for events in you community to keep your prospects, clients aware of the holiday activities. I am printing up a one page (two sided) newsletter with events and dates to let people know what is happening in Orange County - including Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Laguna Beach. I am mailing and am handing them out as I walk my neighborhood. Lets continue to be a source of information for our clients.

Happy Day After Thanksgiving - 11/23/07 11:19 AM
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with your family and friends. It is certainly a day to give thanks and remember all the things to be thankful for.
Now for those of you who are not shopping, remember today and this weekend is a good time to walk your farm and network with your sphere. Many people will be at home to continue the holiday weekend - and it will be another good opportunity for us to meet with people.

Today is a great day to walk your neighborhood and hand out a newsletter and hand out a letter or card just letting your neighborhood know that we are all thankful. It is a great opportunity because if people are not travelling, they will most likely be at home. Staying in contact with clients - 11/16/07 09:12 PM
Now is the time for those of us who are working hard to continue to stay in touch with our clients. It is very important that we keep in regular contact with them. A number of people will list their homes after the holidays - so if we have been staying in contact with them throughout the next six weeks or so  - they will remember to contact us to utilize our professional real estate services.

I am a new user of Top Producer and it has amazing possibilities. Automatic emails can be sent out to perspective clients, automatic mailings (well you have to print and mail them) and other categories. I have another agent in my office and we are editting the templates together each for our own specific niche market. You can create action plans for each prospect including your sphere of influence as well as prospects you meet at an oen house. Additionally, their tech support is available with a minimal wait time.
