The weather has taken a dramatic change (for us Southern Californians) from last weekend. Last weekend it was rainy and cold, and now it is like summer. There are  so many activities living in Newport Beach, from bicycling up and down the coast, surfing, swimming, running, etc.
This Huntington Beach boardwalk has people walking their dogs, and they can walk down to dog beach in Huntington Beach, CA where they can run off leash. Do you ever have distractions while you are blogging? Are your children calling your name or is your dog barking. I have both.
I have a big red distraction and his name is Patrick.
Patrick is a five year old Irish Setter who still acts like a puppy. Patrick will put his face on my desk while I am writing, and occasionally will even try and stand up on my desk to get my attention, or he lays on the floor and STARES while I am writing.

I have been blogging for a few months here on ActiveRain and have learned so much information. As a result of my blogging, my website is ranking much higher on Google and Yahoo. It is very effective when you going on a listing presentation, and  the representations to the seller that as a result of technology, I can get them more exposure. The Balboa Peninsula which is located in Newport Beach is literally a Peninsula and it is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. There are homes that are located on the Bay front and on the Ocean front. One of the great features on Home Feedback is that it can also be sync'd with your supra key and it will automatically send out an email. This is a great feature.
