Many of my clients ask why they need title insurance. The following is a list on why it's a great investment in your home. Via Marie Otis (CBSHOME Real Estate): I tell my Buyers that Title Insurance is the best insurance policy you can buy. You only pay for it once and it protects you from a wide variety of possible ills. 1. Property Titles: First, Title Insurance protects you from human error. The Very Reasons You Should Shy Away From 100% Financing. - 05/22/09 07:35 PM

Q Tip From Fran The TitleMan...Fraud Alert...!!! - 05/06/09 02:25 PM
I've personally been "attacked" twice in the last 2 weeks. Once with someone calling and saying I had a refund from a medical bill and wanting to verify my personal info and the second time with my credit card. The company called asking me about 2 charges since they were out of the ordinary. Low and behold, someone used my card number for unauthorized charges. You really need to stay alert and question everyone who asks for your personal information! Via Fran 'The Title Man' Gaspari Title Insurance-PA & NJ (Patriot Land Transfer, Inc.): I'd just like to pass on some important information (0 comments)
