I just got the Realtor Daily News and am so excited!  The Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Arlington areas are  number 1 in regards to the fastest growing cities in the US!  We added 162000 people within a year.  Houston, Austin and San Antonio were also on the list.  Texas won BIG!

I just found out that interest rates are near 5.25!  Can you imagine that!  2008 is going to be a fabulous year!  I have a very strong feeling that we are moving towards a sellers market.  It will be a slow move but we are shifting.  People seem excited about 2008 … (2 comments)
