Why are we soo scared to talk to FSBO's. I have had a great couple of weeks talking to FSBO's. They are not nearly as scary as we all see them to be. I have seen so many changes in there tones and attitudes after the first few trips to there homes. I am not talking to them in a salespitch. I am genuinly trying to offer my services to them when ever they need it. I am educating them in some aspects of the market. I give them ideas on how to sell their home. Most of all, I keep putting myself in front of them. The worst they can say is no thankyou...I say fair enough and have a pleasent day, would you mind If I just mailed you some tips from time to time. Most of the time they want some of your help.

I hope we all start realizing that these FSBO's are usually out there flying around in the breeze, just waiting for us to give them a hand.
