If you're looking for a great place to live in Arizona, look no further, Peoria, Arizona is a great place to live.  Speaking from experience in Peoria we have 10 good months to be outside enjoying the weather doing whatever we want.  We have about 14 days of rain a year which means the sun shines the rest of the time (This is my estimate).  The other two months you might not want to go outside is because it's too hot, well above 110 degrees or so.
