Are you a compulsive multi-tasker? I sure am! I seem to always be in a hurry and be doing several things at one time. I sometimes find myself drifting or daydreaming. I have learned that that is a signal that I need to take a break before hitting the bottom of my mental barrel.

One technique I have found that works extremely well for increasing productivity and reducing mistakes is to sit at your desk and do nothing for two minutes. Seriously.
