This is a photo I took this past Sunday evening while my husband and I were walking around downtown Anderson SC after we ate dinner at Mellow Mushroom. This past week, I found this word - wackadoodle.  It means: An eccentric, ditsy, arcane, funny, person. Is generally a goodnatured and sympathetic person. What happens when mortgage debt is canceled? The Mortgage Forgiveness Relief Act of 2007 was passed by Congress to help avoid additional financial hardship that some homeowners might experience due to a foreclosure or short sale. The law affects mortgage relief that occurs from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2012.
How does it help??
