Closter had a slow month of July after building some momentum through the spring. There are still plenty of homes to choose from, so the slow month is somewhat surprising.

For 2 months in a row, Wyckoff has seen 17 homes sold. A pretty healthy number each month, although last yr saw a couple more sold in July. The interesting part is that we saw a $1.9M home sell for asking price !

Last June saw 26 homes sold, compared with a slight drop to 17 sold this June.
However, interestingly, the average list price has INCREASED this year. Wyckoff is one of the few towns in Bergen County where the list prices have stayed strong.

I think most businesses would agree that typically the best new leads to receive are 'referrals'. Referrals are usually from people who have already 'happily' used your services, or know someone who was satisfied with your product, and is comfortable recommending you to someone else who may need what you provide.

~ In the heart of Maywood, NJ is a fresh food grocery store that is known far and wide in Bergen County ! It's called "Maywood's Marketplace" and its reputation is outstanding. And quite rightly so, because the selection in this place is incredible ! They make fresh, delicious homestyle packaged foods each day, and can be grabbed for lunch, or brought home for the family for dinner.

Well I think many of us agree that we are working harder and harder, more hours, and have less spare time ! With that in mind, it is often necessary for me and many other Realtors to 'grab and go' some form of Fast Food for lunch !
