Below she highlights the key elements to a good header, and although I am grateful that she mentioned mine, I am now going to look into it further and see if I can improve my own that little bit more !!!

For another year, the Maywood Library on Maywood Avenue will be collecting 'new' Childrens Books for the Holidays to be distributed to families in need.
 
Please take a moment if you are in Maywood or the surroundning towns to pick up a new book while you are doing your Christmas Shopping and drop it off at the Library for a very good cause.
 
 
Collections will be taken until December 6th.

With the recent change in the town leaf collection process, Maywood residents have had a major change this season, by being made to bag up all leaves from their property instead of just raking to the curbside for pickup by town 'Leaf Vacuum" trucks.
This has become a major headache for many residents, and a real concern for some of the elderly who found it hard enough to rake them to the curb anyway.

~ I was at a listing appointment this evening in a neighborhood that I had sold a home in a few years ago.  
As I drove down that street I quietly smiled a contented smile remembering my two great buyers who bought that house

Although we have seen that these announcements in the past need to be handled carefully to authenticate the entire truth, it does seem that today's overwhelming vote by the House of Representatives is a sign that the expansion of the Tax Credit is about to be signed off on by President Obama, and extended into next year.
Again, this information is not 100% in place yet, but this information was even released through our own industry Inman News.

Ah so time is flying and I am growing like balloon being blown up !
 
I just got my First Tooth a week ago, and that was painful until I got the couple of drops of whisky that Daddy put on my gums to numb the pain ;o)
 
I am sitting up on my own now, and my jumperoo was just raised to the higher level !
